About project
Tradewind is a dedicated remote marketing back office for high potential agents, operating with the sole purpose of helping them scale. Easy-to-use mobile app gives agents access to a dedicated team, back office infrastructure, and a consistent flow of qualified leads so they can focus on client conversations and closing contracts.
Some of the features I designed:
Links, image, and video previews in a text-based interface
In-app NPS surveys
Marketing activity - a special type of message containing a preview of marketing activity with details and connected to feedback feature
Onboarding
Digital marketing wizard - a specific type of onboarding for users who join the marketing program. The complicated process of providing data and sharing access is made simple in a step-by-step wizard
Problems I encountered and solved
While working on the mobile application product, I faced problems that needed to be solved in order to deliver a fully functional product aligned with the initial guidelines.
Onboarding flow
Problem to solve:
Designing an intuitive process that allows users to input industry-specific data (in this case, their work location and geographical range of operations) in a simple, clear, and effortless way.
Key challanges:
Data Accuracy: Users must input a 5-digit ZIP code and define their operational range in miles accurately and easily.
Personalization: The system should allow adding multiple work locations flexibly.
Market Context: The process must align with U.S. real estate specifics like ZIP codes and typical operational distances.
Efficiency: The onboarding must be quick and intuitive to retain users.
Contact access
Problem to solve:
Designing a process for accessing the user's contacts, synchronizing them for use in marketing campaigns (such as email marketing), and managing them for real estate sales purposes.
Key challanges:
User Consent for Data Access: Developing a procedure that clearly informs the user about what information (such as phone numbers, email addresses, and contact details) will be collected and for what purpose.
Compliance with Local Regulations: The application had to adhere to data privacy standards in the U.S. market, such as CCPA compliance (for California).
Transparency and Control: A clear user interface and uncomplicated communication are necessary for users to be able to add, remove, and manage contacts in an intuitive manner.
Efficiency: The onboarding must be quick and intuitive to retain users.
Marketing onbarding that proved to be effective
and intuitive for users
For users participating in the marketing program, we had to create a special onboarding process dedicated to collecting and approving sensitive data, including access to user contacts and social media.
I was responsible for project research, user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototyping, stakeholders presentation, handoff and taking part in testing.
